Remove air from packaging to extend freezer and pantry shelf life and prevent freezer burn.

Place food in a vacuum-seal bag with the opening aligned in the machine.
Run the vacuum and seal cycle per your machine instructions.
Label with contents and date.
Store frozen, refrigerated, or at room temperature depending on the food type.
