Aam Panna Recipe (With Boiled & Roasted Mangoes)
Aam Panna is a traditional Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes. Tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy, itโs rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, helping beat the heat, prevent dehydration, and boost immunity. This version uses both boiled and roasted mangoes for a deeper, flavorful taste.
Cooking Method
- Boil the raw mangoes until soft. Roast another set of mangoes until the skin is slightly charred for added flavor.
- Peel both boiled and roasted mangoes and extract the pulp.
- In a blender, mix mango pulp with sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
- Add cold water and blend well until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled for a refreshing summer drink.
