Mushroom Stir Fry is a quick and flavorful dish where fresh mushrooms are sautéed with garlic, soy sauce, and vibrant vegetables. Cooking Method
- Prepare Ingredients: Clean and slice mushrooms. Chop bell peppers, carrots, and onions into thin strips.
- Heat Pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook Vegetables: Add onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add Mushrooms: Toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft and lightly browned.
- Season: Add soy sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes (optional). Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
