Cooking Method
- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 10โ12 minutes until springy to touch.
- Immediately turn the cake onto a clean kitchen towel sprinkled with sugar, peel off the parchment, and roll the cake with the towel. Let it cool completely.
- Unroll the cooled cake and spread your choice of filling (buttercream, whipped cream, or ganache) evenly.
- Roll the cake tightly again without the towel, slice, and serve. Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate.
