Chocolate Cake Roll, also known as a Swiss Roll, is a light and fluffy chocolate sponge cake rolled with a creamy filling for a visually stunning and delicious dessert. Cooking Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, then fold gently into the egg mixture.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 10–12 minutes until springy to touch.
Immediately turn the cake onto a clean kitchen towel sprinkled with sugar, peel off the parchment, and roll the cake with the towel. Let it cool completely.
Unroll the cooled cake and spread your choice of filling (buttercream, whipped cream, or ganache) evenly.
Roll the cake tightly again without the towel, slice, and serve. Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate.
