Cooking Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
- Stir in melted butter and allow the batter to rest for about 10–15 minutes for best texture.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl quickly to spread it into a thin layer.
- Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly and the bottom turns light golden.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 30–40 seconds.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite sweet or savory fillings.
