Pikelets are soft, fluffy mini pancakes popular as a classic tea-time treat. Slightly thicker than crêpes and smaller than traditional pancakes, these light and airy bites are quick to prepare and perfect served with butter, jam, honey, or fresh fruits. Ideal for breakfast, snacks, or afternoon tea, pikelets are a comforting homemade favorite loved by both kids and adults.
