Cooking Method

Prepare the syrup:

Cool the syrup:
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely for proper infusion.

Strain:
Strain the syrup to remove mint leaves and chili slices, keeping the infused liquid.

Add citrus touch:
Stir in lime juice and lime zest for freshness and balance.

Prepare melon:
Arrange chilled melon cubes in a serving bowl or platter.

Serve:
Drizzle the serrano-mint syrup over the melon just before serving and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
