Cooking Method

  • Spread the grasshoppers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 8–10 minutes until crispy, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Allow to cool slightly; they will become crunchier as they cool.
  • Use as a topping for salads, tacos, soups, or eggs for a smoky, crunchy flavor.
