Paan Shots are a refreshing and flavorful Indian fusion drink inspired by traditional meetha paan. Made with betel leaves, gulkand, milk, and aromatic ingredients, these chilled mini drinks are perfect as a party welcome drink or after-meal digestive. They offer a cool, sweet, and mouth-freshening taste.
Cooking Method
- Wash and roughly chop the betel leaves, removing thick stems.
- Add paan leaves, gulkand, fennel seeds, sugar, and milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and aromatic.
- Add fresh cream and ice cubes, then blend again briefly.
- Strain if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
- Pour into small shot glasses.
- Serve immediately chilled.
