Take thick yogurt or shrikhand in a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Slowly add chilled buttermilk while whisking continuously.
Mix until the drink becomes smooth, slightly thick, and frothy.
Add cardamom powder and a pinch of nutmeg powder for flavor.
Add saffron strands (optional) and mix gently.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
