Cooking Method


  1. Cook the red beans and mung beans separately until soft.
  2. Add a little sugar to each bean mixture and stir well.
  3. Prepare pandan jelly and cut it into thin strips.
  4. In a bowl, mix coconut milk with a small amount of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  5. Take a tall serving glass.
  6. Add a layer of red beans at the bottom.
  7. Add a layer of mung beans on top.
  8. Add the pandan jelly as the third colorful layer.
  9. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  10. Pour the sweet coconut milk over the top.
  11. Mix gently before eating.
