Cooking Method

 Instructions : 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the sugar and mix until fully blended.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing slowly after each addition.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract until the batter becomes smooth.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for about 50–60 minutes until the center is slightly set.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
