Moist, naturally sweet, and packed with ripe bananas, this Healthy Banana Bread is the perfect guilt-free treat. Made with whole ingredients and minimal sugar, it’s ideal for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. Easy to bake and full of banana flavor, this bread is wholesome, soft, and utterly delicious. 

Cooking Method

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, honey/maple syrup, and applesauce, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
