Healthy Banana Bread

Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, honey/maple syrup, and applesauce, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
