Cooking Method


  1. Wash the broken rice thoroughly and cook it with water until soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and oil.
  3. Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Grill the pork chops until cooked and slightly caramelized.
  6. Fry the eggs in a pan until the whites are set.
  7. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, water, and chili to make the sauce.
  8. Place cooked rice on a serving plate.
  9. Add the grilled pork chops on top of the rice.
  10. Add a fried egg, cucumber slices, and pickled carrots on the side.
  11. Drizzle the sauce over the dish or serve it separately.
