Cooking Method

 

Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove the seed.

Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.

Add milk, sugar or condensed milk, and ice cubes.

Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour the shake into a tall glass.

Top with whipped cream or drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.

Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
