Cooking Method

 

Open the young coconut and collect the fresh coconut water in a bowl.

Scoop out the tender coconut meat and slice it into thin pieces.

Pour the coconut water into a serving glass or pitcher.

Add the sliced coconut meat to the drink.

Add sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
