Lindt Chocolate Fondants for Two are decadent, molten-centered chocolate cakes designed for a small batch indulgence. Cooking Method

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and grease two small ramekins.
  2. Melt Lindt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
  5. Sift in a small amount of flour and gently fold to incorporate.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
  7. Carefully invert onto serving plates and serve immediately, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
