Cooking Method

 

  1. Prepare Jackfruit: Drain, rinse, and shred the jackfruit, removing seeds and core pieces.

  3. Cook Jackfruit: Add shredded jackfruit, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour in BBQ sauce and stir until coated.
  4. Simmer: Reduce heat and cook for 15โ€“20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until jackfruit is tender and flavors are absorbed.
