Vegetable Pulao with Raita is a simple and flavorful Indian dinner dish made with basmati rice, mixed vegetables, and aromatic spices. The rice is cooked with vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans, giving it a rich taste and pleasant aroma. It is usually served with cool and refreshing yogurt raita, which balances the spices and makes the meal light, healthy, and satisfying.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
Add sliced onions and sauté until light golden.
Add chopped vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
