Brew a strong cup of lemon-infused syrup (or lemon juice mixed with sugar and water).
In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Dip ladyfingers briefly into the lemon syrup, then layer them in a serving dish.
Spread half of the lemon mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of lemon-soaked ladyfingers and remaining cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours to set.
