Vegetable Fried Rice

 

A quick and flavorful dinner made with stir-fried vegetables and rice tossed in soy sauce and mild spices.  

Cooking Method

 Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic. Add chopped vegetables and stir fry for 3–4 minutes. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
