Cooking Method


  1.  Clean and pat dry the duck. 
  2.  Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and spices. 
  3.  Brush the mixture over the duck. 
  4.  Let it air-dry in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. 
  5.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  6.  Roast the duck for 1–1.5 hours until skin is crispy. 
  7.  Let it rest before slicing. 
  8.  Serve with pancakes, cucumber, spring onions, and hoisin sauce.
