Fresh plums are folded into a rich cake batter flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, creating a delicious balance of fruity sweetness and warm spice. The plums become soft and juicy during baking, adding moisture and rich flavor to every bite. The result is a beautifully spiced cake with a soft texture and comforting aroma.
