Chicken Korma Recipe | Creamy and Rich Mughlai Chicken Curry

Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. 
  3.  Add garlic and ginger paste, sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. 
  5.  Add yogurt and mix well on low heat to avoid curdling. 
  6.  Add ground nuts, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. 
  7.  Add cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. 
  8.  Cook for a few minutes, then add a little water if needed. 
  9.  Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender. 
  10.  Add cream and garam masala, then mix well. 
  11.  Cook for another 5 minutes. 
  12.  Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
