Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Cut parchment paper into large sheets. 
  3.  Place fish fillets in the center of each sheet. 
  4.  Add vegetables, garlic, and lemon slices on top. 
  5.  Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  6.  Fold and seal the parchment to create a packet. 
  7.  Place packets on a baking tray. 
  8.  Bake for 15–20 minutes until fish is cooked through. 
  9.  Carefully open the packets and serve.
