Crispy Baked Tofu with Quinoa

 A healthy and protein-packed vegan dish featuring crispy baked tofu served over fluffy quinoa with simple seasonings. This balanced meal is nutritious, easy to prepare, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. 

Cooking Method

 

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 

 Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes. 

 Toss tofu with oil, soy sauce, and spices. 

 Spread on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy. 

 Meanwhile, cook quinoa according to package instructions. 

 Fluff quinoa with a fork and season lightly. 

 Serve crispy tofu over quinoa. 

 Garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of sauce if desired.
