Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, combine minced buffalo meat with chopped onion, garlic, and ginger paste. 
  2.  Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. 
  3.  Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. 
  4.  Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, then mix again. 
  5.  Shape the mixture into small kebabs or skewers. 
  6.  Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. 
  7.  Place the kebabs on the grill and cook evenly on all sides. 
  8.  Grill for about 10–12 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred. 
  9.  Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking. 
  10.  Serve hot with chutney, salad, or bread.
