  1.  Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. 
  3.  Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add camel meat pieces and cook until lightly browned. 
  5.  Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. 
  6.  Add cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt. 
  7.  Mix well and cook the spices for a few minutes. 
  8.  Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. 
  9.  Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45–60 minutes until the meat becomes tender. 
  10.  Add potatoes and carrots and continue cooking for another 15–20 minutes. 
  11.  Adjust seasoning if needed. 
  12.  Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
