Cooking Method


  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and all the spices.
  2. Add the catfish cubes and coat them well with the marinade.
  3. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated fish pieces onto skewers.
  6. Lightly brush with oil.
  7. Grill the kebabs for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Cook until the fish is tender and slightly charred.
  9. Remove from heat and let them rest for a minute.
  10. Serve hot with salad or dipping sauce.
