Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Prepare Filling: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add finely chopped mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
Add Herbs & Spices: Add salt, black pepper, and herbs. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes. Let the filling cool completely.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with mushroom mixture. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Serve hot with mint chutney or garlic dip.
