Fresh mango is blended into a smooth puree that adds a rich tropical flavor and vibrant golden color to the tea. The robust black tea balances the sweetness of the mango, creating a smooth and refreshing beverage that's both flavorful and satisfying. 

A splash of fresh lemon juice enhances the fruit's natural sweetness while adding a bright citrus finish. Served over ice and garnished with fresh mango cubes and mint leaves, this iced tea is as visually appealing as it is delicious.

Cooking Method


  1.  Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and steep the black tea bags for 4–5 minutes. 
  2.  Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. 
  3.  Blend the diced mango until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve if desired. 
  4.  Stir the mango puree into the cooled tea until well combined. 
  5.  Add the honey or simple syrup and fresh lemon juice, stirring until fully mixed. 
  6.  Refrigerate the tea for at least 30 minutes until thoroughly chilled. 
  7.  Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. 
  8.  Pour the chilled mango iced tea over the ice. 
  9.  Garnish with fresh mango cubes, lemon slices, and mint leaves if desired. 
  10.  Serve immediately and enjoy.
