Garlic Butter Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and dried parsley, mixing well to create the garlic butter sauce.
Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets for 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
