Bola-Bola (Filipino Meatballs)
Bola-Bola is a popular Filipino meatball dish made with seasoned ground pork or beef, garlic, onions, and breadcrumbs. Cooking Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper.

- Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs in batches for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
