Cooking Method


  1.  Bring the water to a boil, then allow it to cool slightly to about 80°C (175°F). Steep the green tea for 2–3 minutes, then remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea. Let the tea cool completely. 
  2.  Blend the diced mango until smooth. For an extra silky texture, strain the puree if desired. 
  3.  In a pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, mango puree, honey or simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well until fully blended. 
  4.  In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. 
  5.  Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Whip until light, creamy, and pourable. 
  6.  Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes. 
  7.  Pour the mango tea over the ice, leaving space at the top. 
  8.  Spoon or gently pour the salted cheese foam over the mango tea. 
  9.  Garnish with fresh mango cubes and mint leaves if desired. 
  10.  Serve immediately with a wide straw or sip directly to enjoy the creamy cheese foam with every refreshing mouthful.
