Cooking Method
- Bring the water to a boil, then allow it to cool slightly to about 80°C (175°F). Steep the green tea for 2–3 minutes, then remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea. Let the tea cool completely.

- In a pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, mango puree, honey or simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well until fully blended.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Whip until light, creamy, and pourable.
- Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mango tea over the ice, leaving space at the top.
