Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a pan. 
  2.  Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 
  3.  Add onion and sauté until golden. 
  4.  Add garlic and ginger, cook briefly. 
  5.  Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 
  6.  Mix in turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. 
  7.  Add mushrooms and stir well. 
  8.  Cook until mushrooms release moisture and soften. 
  9.  Simmer until the curry thickens. 
  10.  Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
