Cooking Method


  1.  Bring the water to a boil, then allow it to cool slightly to about 80°C (175°F)
  2.  Steep the green tea for 2–3 minutes, then remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea. 
  3.  Stir in the yuzu juice or yuzu marmalade until fully dissolved. 
  4.  Add the honey and stir until completely mixed. 
  5.  For a warm drink, serve immediately. 
  6.  For iced tea, let the tea cool to room temperature, then pour it over glasses filled with ice cubes. 
  7.  Garnish with fresh mint leaves and thin yuzu or lemon slices if desired. 
  8.  Serve immediately and enjoy.
