Add cold butter and blend until the mixture looks crumbly.
Add chopped strawberries and gently mix.
Pour in milk and combine to form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a round, cut into scones, and place on the tray.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with fresh butter.
