Dal Shorbot (Lentil Soup)
Dal Shorbot is a light and nourishing lentil-based soup inspired by traditional Indian flavors. Cooking Method

- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger and tomatoes; cook until soft and blended.
- Pour the cooked dal into the pan and mix well.
- Add water as needed to achieve a soup-like consistency.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
- Add salt to taste and stir well.
- Serve hot as a comforting soup or with rice.
