 A bold and flavorful sauce with spicy chili, garlic, and Szechuan peppercorns that adds a fiery kick to meals. This homemade Szechuan sauce is perfect for noodles, stir-fries, dumplings, and Asian-inspired dishes. 

Cooking Method

 

Heat oil and sauté garlic with Szechuan peppercorns until aromatic.

 Add soy sauce, chili paste, and rice vinegar. 

 Simmer for 5–7 minutes to blend the flavors. 

 Add sesame oil, mix well, and serve.
