BBQ Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
Add the black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Whisk until the marinade is smooth and well blended.
Coat the meat or vegetables evenly with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
Remove from the refrigerator and let the food sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cooking.
Grill, roast, or bake until fully cooked, then serve hot.
