Classic Crispy Fried Chicken
Wash the chicken pieces and marinate them in buttermilk with salt, pepper, and spices for 2–4 hours.
Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs in a bowl.
Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat well with the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.
Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy (around 10–15 minutes).
Remove and place on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side dish.
