Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

0 likes 0 reviews 36 views

Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken is a delicious, impressive dish featuring juicy chicken breasts stuffed with sautéed garlic butter mushrooms and melty cheeses (like cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan). It's often pan-seared then baked, sometimes finished with a creamy sauce.

Cooking Method

Sauté mushrooms in garlic butter until golden. Mix with softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and herbs for the stuffing.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, stuff generously, and secure with toothpicks if needed. Season outside.
Sear in a skillet until golden, then bake at 375–400°F (190–200°C) for 15–25 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal).
Optional: Make a quick creamy garlic Parmesan sauce in the same pan.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sides like roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or salad.

It's rich, savory, and perfect for date nights or special dinners!
