Step 1: Boil & Reduce Milk
In a heavy pan, boil milk and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally until it reduces to about ¾ of its volume.
Step 2: Add Sugar & Flavor
Add sugar and cardamom powder, mixing well until dissolved.
Step 3: Thicken the Mixture
Add the cornflour mixture and cook until the milk thickens slightly.
Step 4: Add Cream & Nuts
Stir in fresh cream and chopped nuts. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5: Add Magic Crunch
Mix in caramelized sugar pieces or crushed biscuits for that signature crunch.
Step 6: Pour into Molds
Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour into kulfi molds or small cups.
Step 7: Freeze & Serve
Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight. Unmold and serve chilled.
