Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven and grease a baking dish. 
  2.  Cook onion in butter until soft and fragrant. 
  3.  In a bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper. 
  4.  Add eggs, milk, cooked onion, and cheese. 
  5.  Stir until a thick batter forms. 
  6.  Pour batter into the baking dish evenly. 
  7.  Bake until golden brown and fully set. 
  8.  Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
