Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray. 
  2.  In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. 
  3.  In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth. 
  4.  Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. 
  5.  Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. 
  6.  Gently fold in the blueberries. 
  7.  Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. 
  8.  Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
  9.  Let cool before serving. 
  10.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
