Cooking Method


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold the caramelized condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a 9 × 13-inch (23 × 33 cm) serving dish.
  4. Arrange a single layer of Tennis biscuits over the cream mixture.
  5. Spread one-third of the caramel cream evenly over the biscuits.
  6. Sprinkle one-third of the grated Peppermint Crisp chocolate over the cream.
  7. Repeat the layers of biscuits, caramel cream, and chocolate until all the ingredients are used, finishing with the cream and remaining grated chocolate on top.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the biscuits to soften.
  9. Slice into squares or rectangles before serving.
  10. Serve well chilled and enjoy.
