Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are tender, juicy chicken thighs coated in a sweet, savory, sticky glaze made with honey, garlic, soy sauce, and often a touch of vinegar or ginger. They can be baked, pan-seared, or slow-cooked — perfect for weeknights!
Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 375–400°F (190–200°C).
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and seasonings.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or skillet. Pour sauce over them (reserve some for basting).
- Bake for 25–40 minutes (depending on size), basting halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
- Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for extra browning if desired.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve with rice and veggies.
The glaze gets beautifully caramelized and glossy!
