Cooking Method


  1. Clean the snails thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.

  3. Drain and set them aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter or oil with garlic, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  5. Coat the snails evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  6. Preheat a grill or charcoal grill over medium heat.
  7. Place the snails on the grill.
  8. Grill for about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  9. Brush with extra butter or oil while grilling for extra flavor.
