Cooking Method


  1.  Cook beef until tender, then shred into pieces. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic until fragrant. 
  3.  Add tomato and shredded beef, then season well. 
  4.  Simmer briefly until flavors combine. 
  5.  Cook black beans separately until tender if not pre-cooked. 
  6.  Fry plantain slices until golden brown. 
  7.  Serve beef with rice, black beans, and fried plantains. 
  8.  Enjoy warm as a complete traditional meal.
