Cooking Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  4. Place a small amount of garlic butter mixture into each snail shell or baking dish.
  5. Add one snail to each shell.
  6. Cover the snails with more garlic butter mixture.
  7. Arrange them on a baking tray.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 10–12 minutes until the butter starts bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
  10. Serve with warm bread to enjoy the garlic butter sauce.
